Cherry Hill Medical Pavilion is a new state of the art office complex being developed by Sabey Healthcare Properties, at the Cherry Hill Medical Campus, in Seattle Washington.
This Phase 1 expansion of the Campus will feature two 75,000 square foot office buildings constructed immediately adjacent to the historic James Tower medical building. Each building at the Cherry Hill Medical Campus is efficiently designed with flexible 25,000 square foot floor plates that can accommodate a wide spectrum of medical office or research and development uses.
The building architecture provides for a clean, modern environment with 14 to 18 foot ceiling heights and robust infrastructure that allows for single tenant or multiple tenant configurations. The buildings are constructed over a two story, below grade parking structure that also serves as a centralized plant and utility corridor, which connects mechanical and electrical services to the complex.
The new master plan represents a 30-year vision for the future of the Swedish Cherry Hill campus that will allow Swedish to continue providing family medicine and emergency services to patients of all ages, while also treating the most complex cardiovascular and neurological diseases.

The Project site is located on 18th Avenue with convenient access from the Seattle CBD via East Cherry Street and East Jefferson Street. This new addition to the campus allows for immediate professional collaboration with the renowned Swedish Medical Center Neuroscience and Cardiovascular Institutes.
The Project is a five minute drive from Seattle’s First Hill Medical District – which consists of Swedish Medical Center, Virginia Mason and Harborview Medical Center. Seattle University and the vibrant Capital Hill neighborhood are close by with a variety of restaurants, entertainment, and housing options.
