Dan joined Zayo as part of the acquisition of Electric Lightwave in 2017. At Electric Lightwave, Dan led the company with a focus on delivering fiber and network solutions to large enterprise, government, education, and wholesale customers, while driving the company’s strategic differentiated support model.

Dan joined Electric Lightwave in 2000 as a business manager and held a range of leadership roles including VP of Customer Operations and SVP of Strategy and Development. Dan graduated with a BA in business from Westminster College and earned an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.

John D. Ford

John Ford is an information and telecommunications professional with 25 years of industry intelligence gained through extensive experience in executive management, technical sales, marketing and data center design for enterprise customers and data carriers.

Appointed as Vice-President of Sabey Data Centers in 2010, John is also now the General Manager for SDC Seattle, Sabey Data Centers largest campus and is responsible for managing that campus and developing business for a wide variety of verticals.

Craig Rhodes

Craig Rhodes is an experienced professional actively engaged with various clients providing Data Center and Program Management consulting services. Craig has a unique insight into both traditional and cloud data center projects, data center strategy, process improvement, as well as business continuity planning, and organizational resilience.

Craig is a member of various organizations in the data center and technology space, including BICSI, AFCOM, ASIS, and Infrastructure Masons. Craig is also a PMP Certified Project Manager through the Project Management Institute, with a BS in Finance and MS in Organization Development (Change Management).

Lauren Jensen

Director, Data Center Operations
Providence St. Joseph Health

Lauren’s career in IT started in 1975 in the U.S. navy where he learned about infrastructure operations and facilities management. In 1978, he went to work for a company that did Top Secret DoD research and counter espionage efforts entrapping and coercing Russian Operatives to work with the USA. At that time, he was tasked to build his first data center, a radio frequency shielded enclosure to house servers, printers and operation activities.

Lauren has continued to run data centers and infrastructure operations teams, servers, databases, storage and networks all the way to his current job. Highlights along the way include building data centers for Brunswick Marine, Intermec, Getty Images, T-Mobile, and Providence.
