Dear Sabey Data Center Customers,
We hope as you read this that you and your families are safe and well. We send this message to describe how we will continue to operate our data centers across the country in a manner that justifies your confidence in us as we also contribute to your health and by extension the health of your families as well as the health of our employees, maintenance and construction partners, and their families.
Data center uptime derives from disciplined adherence to process and procedure. Here’s what we’re doing about that:
- We have implemented Response Level 2 of our Infectious Disease Business Continuity Plan at all sites. This includes measures such as limiting non-essential work, topping off fuel supplies, reducing personnel on site, requiring people with symptoms to stay out of the buildings, and encouraging social distancing and good hygienic practices.
- Our people who can do so are working from home—taking the opportunity to focus on work such as training and updating procedures.
- Our people on site continue essential work such as rounds, light preventive maintenance and remote hands work.
- We have stepped up our internal communications to share information and address concerns as the situation in the community continues to change.
We couldn’t be prouder of our teams, and their dedication to supporting our customers.
As this situation unfolds, we will continue to communicate with your teams and keep you informed of our plans, process, procedure and status. Those communications will be primarily directed to your designated operations contacts and executed through email and via our customer portal.
However, if at any time you have a question or require an update, please feel free to reach out to the Sabey Operations Center team and we will provide you the latest status regarding your campus.
