Intergate.Seattle’s East Campus: Building 5
At 566,000 square feet, Building 5 is a colossus. Originally designed to accommodate high security Boeing military projects, Building 5 easily meets heavy infrastructure requirements. In addition to robust electricity, Building 5 is equipped with redundant mechanical and ample fiber optic infrastructure. Ample space and flexibility to future-proof your facility while accommodating full customization for any Tier level.

The Largest Privately Owned Multi-Tenant Campus on the West Coast

Intergate.Seattle is Sabey Data Center’s flagship data center property and the largest privately owned multi-tenant campus on the West Coast. It comprises two campuses, 8 buildings, and over 1,373,000 square feet of data center space.

East Campus

The East campus comprises approximately 1,200,000 square feet of data center space including powered shell and turnkey. The campus accommodates a wide variety of tenants, including some of the world’s largest and most innovative enterprises, mid-sized operators and colocation providers.

West Campus

Intergate.Seattle’s West Campus comprises 173,000 square feet of data center space leased to multiple colocation providers and other internet based businesses and institutions. It is also the headquarters of Sabey Data Centers.
