Dave Sabey started the business in the commercial real estate space, expanding out and becoming one of Seattle’s largest privately-owned commercial leasers. Sabey Data Centers is one of the largest, privately-owned colocation and build-to-suit data center operators in the country. Founded upon the several decades of construction and real-estate development history of Sabey Corporation, Sabey Data Centers operates under the same values and commitment to excellence as our parent company.

Sabey Construction, Inc. is hiring a Senior Superintendent to join their mission-critical construction team in Round Rock, TX.

This is a field-focused leadership role where you’ll oversee day-to-day site execution on complex, technically intensive projects while mentoring superintendents and foremen in the field. You’ll coordinate large subcontractor teams, drive safety and schedule, and ensure high-quality delivery across mechanical, electrical, and specialty scopes.

Construction Office Coordinator

Umatilla, OR

Sabey Construction is hiring a Construction Office Coordinator in Umatilla, OR.

This is a newly created role supporting a growing data center construction project. As the on-site administrative hub for the project team, you'll help keep operations running smoothly through document control, meeting coordination, site logistics, office management, and administrative support for project managers, engineers, and superintendents.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys being the go-to person for a busy team. Construction experience is helpful but not required—Sabey is looking for someone with strong administrative skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.

You'll join a collaborative team building one of the region's most significant infrastructure projects while gaining exposure to construction operations and project administration in a fast-paced environment.
