Johnny Miles is the Director of Customer Solutions for Sabey Data Centers, where he leads technical engagement in support of leasing strategy and customer delivery. In this role, Johnny serves as the technical subject matter expert for customer opportunities, providing guidance from early lease discussions through project fit-out and execution. He works closely with customers, leasing, and internal design and development teams to align technical requirements with Sabey’s long-term infrastructure and campus strategies.

Johnny joined Sabey in 2015 and brings more than a decade of leadership experience within the organization. Over his tenure, he has held key operational and engineering leadership roles, including Operations Manager for Sabey’s Ashburn campus and Director of Engineering for Sabey Data Centers, giving him a deep, end-to-end understanding of data center operations, design, and delivery.

Prior to joining Sabey, Johnny spent nearly 20 years in the electrical construction industry, building a strong foundation in critical infrastructure and large-scale data center construction.

Outside of work, Johnny enjoys traveling, hiking, and staying active through a wide range of sports.
