
John Sabey
Executive Director

As CEO of Sabey Corporation, John Sabey leads a team dedicated to developing and managing over 5 million square feet of commercial real estate, with a legacy in specialty technology properties across life sciences, government and communications.
In his role as Executive Director of Sabey Data Centers, one of the largest privately-owned data center operators in the world, John has been instrumental in building a portfolio of globally recognized customers spanning finance, healthcare, content and technology.
John joined the family business in 1995 after a successful career with Prudential Real Estate Investors. He holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Tim became the President of Sabey Data Centers in January of 2025. Tim joined Sabey in 2012 and his ability to build an organization capable of communicating the most efficient possible solutions to customers’ capacity requirements has fueled Sabey’s growth for over a decade. Tim served as CRO, helping guide the exponential growth of the company during his tenure. As President, Tim will be continuing to drive growth while holding true to Sabey core principles.
Prior to joining Sabey, Mirick spent nine years at Amazon.com where, under his leadership, his teams recruited thousands of merchants globally to sell their inventory through Amazon, establishing the 3rd Party Sales Platform as a primary source of revenue. In addition, Mirick has held sales leadership roles at American Express and Real Networks.

As Chief Technology Officer of Sabey Data Centers, John Sasser is responsible for engineering, delivering and operating Sabey’s wholesale colocation data centers. Mr. Sasser has over 30 years of operations and engineering experience and has been with Sabey Data Centers for over 20 years. Prior to employment with Sabey, he served in various facility operations and management roles for Capital One, Disney and the U.S. Navy. Mr. Sasser graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.


Prior to joining Sabey Data Centers, John served as Chief Financial Officer for a private equity real estate firm based in Portland, Oregon. Earlier in his career, he held multiple roles at Intel, where he primarily supported manufacturing and data center divisions, and developed deep expertise in financial strategy, operational discipline, and business growth.
John has more than 20 years of experience leading financial strategies for real estate and technology companies. He has a proven track record of helping organizations drive growth, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making. At Sabey Data Centers, John is responsible for advancing the company’s continued growth and enhancing profitability by building on Sabey’s strong operational and financial foundation.
John earned his MBA with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance from Purdue University and holds a BA in English from Brigham Young University. He resides in the Seattle, Washington area with his wife, Crystal.

Kara Anderson is the Chief Design Officer and lead architect at Sabey, where she oversees the design work for Sabey Corporation, supporting Sabey Data Centers (SDC). With 30+ years of experience in the development industry, including 19 years at Sabey, she leads all aspects of the development process, from permitting and entitlement approvals to site development, facility planning, and consultant team management.
Kara’s data center expertise includes strong knowledge of building systems, envelope criteria, systems and details for accommodating operations in a data center facility and emerging technologies. Proven track record working closely with Sabey Construction to deliver concurrent projects within tight timelines and budgets. Expertise in managing and coordinating external design consultants and cross-functional corporate stakeholders through the acquisition, entitlement, design and construction process.
Kara has been instrumental in Sabey’s nationwide expansion, guiding projects in key markets such as New York City, Ashburn, VA, Austin, TX, and Eastern Washington. She fosters long-term partnerships with consultants and maintains a dedicated in-house design team with in-depth technical knowledge. Her deep expertise in navigating the entitlement process and strong relationships with local jurisdictions ensure a smooth, vertically integrated development approach that delivers high-quality projects.

Dan has primary responsibility for sales and leasing at our SDC Manhattan data center located at 375 Pearl Street in New York City. In addition, he leverages the entire Sabey Data Center portfolio to meet his customers’ requirements beyond the New York market. Daniel Meltzer is a distinguished figure in telecommunications, technology, and data centers, with a career spanning over several decades. Beginning with a decade at MCI Telecommunications where he contributed significantly to the company’s industry leadership, Meltzer later founded two startups showcasing his innovation in technology. For more than 12 years, he has played key roles at Sabey Data Centers, driving strategic growth and enhancing services. Additionally, Meltzer has influenced the industry through advisory roles, including his position on the Flexnode advisory board.


Mark Noonan is a Senior Vice President of the East for Sabey Data Centers. Mark joined the Sabey team in 2021, bringing over 20 years of sales experience to Sabey’s critical leasing and client engagement initiatives.
Mark is responsible for fostering and supporting sales engagements with premier hyperscale and enterprise tenants. He serves as the General Manager of Sabey Data Centers’ Round Rock campus, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives. In addition to campus management, he leads revenue growth and profitability for the Central and Eastern U.S. campuses, ensuring strong financial performance. He spearheads site selection efforts across these regions, identifying and securing locations for future expansion.
Mark also collaborates with local utilities to secure critical power infrastructure while managing government and community relations to support business growth and development.


Ryan Beebout is Vice President, Data Centers – West at Sabey, where he oversees the company’s western U.S. data center business development. With over 20 years of experience in critical environments and nearly 15 years in the data center industry, Ryan has held progressive leadership roles since joining Sabey in 2011. A U.S. Navy veteran, he previously operated nuclear power plants aboard aircraft carriers. Ryan is also active in industry and community initiatives, serving on the boards of the Grant County Industrial Alliance and SkillSource Wenatchee.
