We're excited to share that we’ve officially begun construction on our second building at the Round Rock campus. We are now pre-leasing the first 18MW, with delivery scheduled for Q4 2027.

• 54MW of total capacity, powered by an onsite substation
• Fully secured utility power for the entire facility
• Liquid cooling optimized design to support next-generation workloads
• 6 data halls, each offering 30,000 SF of space
