Construction has reached another major milestone, with the building shell now nearing completion and vertical construction substantially complete. Over the coming weeks, the project will transition into the next phase as early interior electrical and mechanical installation begins. Overall progress remains on schedule, and site activity continues to ramp up as we move further into core infrastructure installation and interior buildout.

Building B Highlights:

• 54 MW of total capacity, powered by an onsite substation
• Fully secured utility power for the entire facility
• Liquid cooling–enabled design to support next-generation workloads
• 6 data halls, each offering 30,000 SF of space

We are currently pre-leasing the first 18MW, which remains on track for on-time delivery in late 2027.
